Demonstrate and ensure passenger understanding of safety procedures and emergency protocols. Handle passenger inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy. Work collaboratively with the cabin crew team to ensure smooth flight operations. Represent Cathay with professionalism, courtesy, and cultural sensitivity at all times.
