Scoot Airlines has a no-refund policy for most standard fare types. If you book a basic Economy ticket, cancellations will result in a loss of the fare unless you’ve added the “Flexibility” bundle during booking. This bundle may entitle you to a travel voucher upon cancellation. Scoot does not allow refunds in cash except under rare circumstances or if the airline cancels the flight.
