Scoot Cancellation Policy | |
In cases where Scoot cancels a flight due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances, affected passengers are entitled to a refund. Scoot aims to process eligible refunds within approximately 20 business days after receiving a complete refund application. Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment or, in some cases, via a 120% travel voucher. Passengers are advised to submit their refund requests through Scoot's webform with supporting documents for review. | |
