Check Connection and Printer Status If your Canon printer is not printing, verify that it’s properly connected to your computer or network. For USB printers, ensure the cable is securely plugged in. For wireless models, check that the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer. You can print a network status report from the printer menu to confirm. Also, make sure your printer is not set to “Offline” mode.
