Scott says: "We start with the aim to have happy customers who want to tell their friends about how good their moving experience with us was. I find that this goal defines all our strategies, actions and efforts from the initial phone contact with us to the guys out there doing the work – you naturally provide great service when you want your customers to say nice things about you. In our industry, you're only as good as your last few jobs and everyone at Moveworx Removals and Storage understands this. We really feel like we've achieved something when someone calls us wanting to move and they mention that a friend recommended us. When this happens, it's hard evidence that we're doing things right."
