We are looking for an individual with great communication skills and a positive attitude. With the ability to work independently but also in a team environment. The position is Casual to start with a view to go Full Time, or Full Time to start for the right candidate As a Garage Door Installer you will be an integral part of our team. If you hold a great attitude, we will invest in your professional growth to be at the top in our industry, through training and education. The successful applicant preferably has the following attributes: Previous Garage Door or Gate experience. Fork Lift Licence Scissor Lift Licence White Card To give you a better idea of what working for us would be like here's a snapshot: An average day for a tech… 7:30 am - start at the factory to the pick parts required for your days jobs. 7:45 am - Out the door an on your way to the 1st of up to 6 scheduled jobs. 3:00-6:00 pm - You return to the factory to return stock and throw out rubbish. The length of your day is heavily dependent on your ability to be self-motivated and work efficiently. Depending on the type of jobs and competency at your craft, your scheduled jobs can range in duration. If you work fast (without sacrificing attention to detail) and finish early you still get paid for the full day, However on the other hand, sometimes days take longer.  | |
